The overall atmosphere was special, however some staff members were very unfriendly. The staff was competent and my stay was fantastic, would want to stay there again.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic and stylish, set in an amazing area. The apartment I stayed in was stylish with comfortable beds. The breakfasts were great with the most amazing views over Kigali and good service. I truly enjoyed being in this place.

Location close to restaurant good and good selection of drinks, Kigali city center and the suburbs of Kigali. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Ivuka Arts Studio. New-fashioned, trendy room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and dressing gowns.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel, very well-kept and clean, very tastefully furnished. Great view over the city. Nice, uncomplicated hosts. There is always quite a lot of activity in the (very, very nice!) bar/restaurant/pool area, so a hustle and bustle should not disturb. We were enthusiastic about the "complete package" and will surely come back again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The terrace offers stunning views of the city, making it a great spot for breakfast or evening relaxation. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The door separating the hotel and the restaurant could have been better sealed. Noise from the restaurant interrupted our stay and it was a bit of a nuisance.
